Vipre Security has a remarkable story that dates back to 2017, when the company began its operations in alarm monitoring and rapid response services.

Built on the belief that security is a necessity and should be accessible to every person living in Botswana, Vipre Security became the first company to introduce a free alarm systems package. This initiative was aimed at making security protection affordable for both households and businesses.

The founders identified an untapped market in alarm system rentals, a solution that further enabled homes and businesses to secure their assets without the burden of high upfront costs.

Driven by real-world incident learnings and a strong desire to deliver effective security solutions, Vipre Security once again led the industry by introducing a man-trailing unit. This innovation saw the introduction of highly trained bloodhound dogs from Europe, enhancing the ability to track human scents during break-ins and security breaches.

Over the years, the company has experienced steady growth through the introduction of innovative solutions, including cash-in-transit and cash management operations. The trust and confidence placed in Vipre Security by the market is reflected in its expanding client base and continued growth across Botswana.

As an organization, we have always dreamt of achieving progress in the truest sense of the word. We have always looked at it as a distant reality. The moment we have achieved it we have moved on to the next goalpost. This is because we know that there are always new landmarks that are waiting for us to come and cross them. It is with this idea that I began Vipre Security (Pty) Ltd in 2011 as a company that was going to serve with integrity and trust above everything else.

It was within a short span that we ascended to become a name to be reckoned with in the context of the industry. Every entrepreneur that starts a business wants to adhere to a dream. Similarly, I have always wanted to build a brand to achieve higher milestones that are more difficult to achieve. Even more important than being a valuable player has been the conviction in me to make a positive difference to the clients and communities that we are catering to.

A step in this regard has been taken with the way that we have priced our products. Vipre Security has also dared to walk paths not walked by many others and this is evident from the way that we have ventured into the automation segment.
